I want to say thanks a lot for a fantastic experience, would stay here again. Pleasant and fairly clean hotel; the rooms are fairly quiet and perfect. The most good staff I have ever experienced before now. The property provides varied breakfast with sandwich, fruit juice and also the best food even.

Perfect little brand-new hotel with brilliantly helpful and very supportive staff. Best possible and comfortable location, close to Cibeles Fountain, loved this place.

All the staff was pleasant, tackled my issues. The marvellous location was within walking distance of Plaza Rio de Janeiro. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

everything was great, including informative staff and incredible location in the upmarket neighborhoods of cdmx. got wheelchair accessible room with a bathroom, a wardrobe etc as expected. i appreciated staying at hotel and would book again.

The room was fairly quiet and absolutely perfect with nice design features, I was happy about that. I stayed 7 nights and would stay here again when visiting Mexico.

Everything was great, informative staff, stunning location right by two metro stations as well as both, shared areas. The room was fantastic and tidy with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was polite.

Location close enough to amazing coffee shops, bars and restaurants, as well as cute boutiques and street foods stands as well as a La Liste restaurant 6 blocks away. Good sized and functional unit on the upper level towards the back.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with the TV, nice design features and bathroom and that went well. Everywhere there was clean. The hotel had a very central location on Roma Norte neighborhood.

Many things to mention - everything was immaculately clean, local food, magnificent views. The room was brand-new and a nice size, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The staff was very supportive and caring all the time. This hotel was set in a central area near to several restaurants, coffee shops and bars and Polanco and Condesa, the other good locations in the city. It also was in an outstanding neighbourhood.

The location was INCREDIBLE and amazing, just off restaurants and shops, the best neighborhoods of Mexico City, and Reforma.

Very central location was a plus. Roma district was worth staying in.

This hotel is colorful and clean with incredible location in safe area with a lot of restaurants-modern building and welcoming staff.

Convenient location, helpful staff, 24/7 room service, beautiful terrace, virtual guide, simple but good breakfast. Comfortable beds, pillows, and sheets. Authentic neighborhood with a mix of Mexican and European influences. Secure area with easy access to metro, restaurants, bars, and street food. Nice design and friendly staff.
